Who am I?

I’m Johannes Sundlo, an independent advisor on AI, work and organisations. I work with executive teams and HR leaders to turn AI from hype into practical ways of working that actually stick.

Before starting my own company I was a Senior HR Manager at Avalanche Studios Group, and before that I worked at The Talent Company and spent several years at Spotify.

HR is still my home field, but my focus now is how AI will change how we build and lead organisations.
