This is the last post this year. And it’s not my usual one.
Christmas is approaching, and I will take a couple of days off from writing; I’ll be back with the first post on the 5th of January.
(Yes, it will be prompts because you can’t seem to get enough of them.)
But before I eat too much candy and drink too much glögg, I want to say:

2023 has been wild.
I’ve been setting goals for FullStack HR every year, and 2023 has surpassed every expectation.
We’ve added over 4000 subscribers during the year, and I’m happy and thankful for each of you.
That you’ve read, shared, and commented on posts during the year gives me so much energy to continue this, and I’m incredibly thankful that you read what I write.
I’ve also spoken at several global conferences on the topic of AI.
(With an average rating of 4.6 from the audience - thank you for that!)
I’ve been featured as one of HR Tech's 100 most influential people.
I’ve been doing several webinars that thousands of people have attended.
(I know the numbers overlap, but 87,000 people have watched the webinars. 🤯)
I’ve launched an AI & HR course that well over 600 people now have taken.
So yes, 2023 has been a wild, wild year.
And I’m so fortunate and thankful that you seem to like my work.
Even if the internet has flaws with trolls and angry people, the opportunities it creates are still mind-blowing.
I guess 2024 will not be as wild, but in part, that is fine.
(That might be famous last words.)
