Happy Friday!
Had the great, great pleasure of visiting School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg this Wednesday. Ee talked for 2,5 (!!) hours about AI. And all the ins and outs of AI.
First and foremost, thanks for inviting me and secondly, we need more arenas like this. We we talk, discuss and ponder about the future. There’s so much stuff happening and we need to make sense of it all.
Speaking of arenas, the 3th of December we’re doing AI Day 2025 in Stockholm. It’s in Swedish only (for this year) and we have 480 tickets. When writing this, we have 56 tickets left. Grab one of those here.
But all this said, let’s get to it! :)
Stop talking about AI. Start training your people.
A full-day, hands-on workshop that turns AI from theory to action — 4.84/5 participant rating.

🧠 Topics I’m engaging with
Global study: AI use varies widely across levels
A lot of good stuff in this report! The report shows that while companies are eager to adopt AI, most employees are left behind. Only 16% of workers have received AI training, and just 17% of organizations offer reskilling programs, even though most executives say they should.
Executives are using AI far more than managers or employees, creating a major adoption gap and risking mistrust. AI delivers real ROI only when used for clear, people-focused cases like learning, HR support, and internal mobility.
Why it matters: I know I sound like a broken record, but to succeed, organizations must invest in training, transition, and transparency, otherwise, AI enthusiasm will outpace its real impact. And there’s help to get here. Reach out if you need help! I’m not an expensive, fancy management consultant from a big firm. I help you where you’re at!
AI is Making Us Work More
AI was supposed to free us from work, but it’s quietly making us work more. As machines that never rest reshape our habits, burnout is (in some circles) becoming a badge of honour. This essay asks the hard question: what if choosing to rest is the real act of progress?
Why it matters: You might have seen the whole 996-movement (Working from 9 am to 9 pm, six days a week. But it’s “trendy” in AI companies to work like this. I have opinions and also highly recommend the book that they talk about The Burnout Society. But I think this whole trend captures why we need HR in this paradigm shift.
Survey: Companies feel unprepared to support employees using AI
One more survey, this one revealing that nearly half of Canadian workers are concerned their jobs could be replaced by AI, with significant anxiety among younger generations. It highlights that many companies are adopting AI but lack resources to train employees on how to use it effectively, which could impact job security and skill development. Despite these concerns, workers are increasingly using AI tools for tasks like resume writing and interview preparation.
Why it matters: Tied in to article no 1. Once again. In survey, after survey, this is shown. We do not help our employees enough. Help your employees.
AI May Replace 300,000 Swedish Jobs in the Next Decade
Around 300,000 Swedish jobs could disappear within ten years as AI takes over many administrative and rule-based tasks, especially in finance, law, and public administration. Experts from Almega and Unionen say AI will also create new roles and make many jobs more efficient rather than simply replace them.
Why it matters: Once again, we under-estimate the change here. I’m getting more and more convinced about this. We need to sit with the question. Few things are more important than this.
⚙️ Tools to try
ChatGPT Atlas - A new webbrowser from OpenAI. Benefit is two folded as I see it, naturally work with ChatGPT everywhere and also that you can have agents to actually work for you. Check out how the agent works here. (Works on Mac only.)
Tilda - Create learning paths with AI (and on steroids!)
🔁 Important updates
Bummed to have missed Unleash in Paris this year, especially since one of my house guru’s Scott Galloway spoke. Fortunately enough Allie Nawrat has done a great write-up on the things he mentioned in his speech!
