In this episode, Siadhal and I discuss using artificial intelligence in recruitment. Learning how AI helps recruiters be more efficient and make better hiring decisions was fascinating.
One key point that Sidhal brings up is the importance of capturing and recording interviews to analyze and optimize the hiring process. Metaview's product allows recruiters to easily record and transcribe interviews and analyze key metrics such as candidate talk time and interviewer behavior.
Overall, my conversation with Sidhal was incredibly informative and thought-provoking. As I said many times here, it's clear that AI will play an increasingly important role in the recruitment process, and it’s interesting to see live examples of this playing out. A must-listen for anyone working in recruitment!
