Hello folks,
This will be the last post before I head out for the summer.
(I might post one or two more articles during the summer, but I won’t promise anything…)
And today, I’ve compiled tools for us in HR that uses AI.
This is a combination of tools that I’ve come across that, one way or another, in my very subjective view, are “HR Tools.” Some of them have I tried, others I’ve seen a demo of, and others have I read about but found the idea interesting.
Before you integrate them into your workplace, research and involve the right people to determine if they are secure or not for your organization to use.
The list is quite long, and I know many of you like shorter stuff, so here are the four favorite tools I’ve come across that have the potential to impact your day-to-day work vastly.
Progression - This is a game changer if they are half as good as they claim to be. Creating career frameworks and levels is cumbersome, and following up on them is even harder. This tool looks insanely promising.
Holly - Automated sourcing. If this works like the demo shows, it will be a game-changer for recruitment. (If it’s done with quality that matches a “real” sourcer.)
Sana Labs - Same as above, if they truly solve the challenge they claim to solve, this is one of the big game changers. Tight space, though, and many are competing in the same space, but I’m rooting for Sana.
Asker - It feels so smooth and seamless. If they can integrate with more video interviewing tools and more ATS systems, they can potentially increase the hiring process's efficiency tremendously.
HR Core
AlexisHR - An innovative HR system similar to Chat GPT, revolutionizes People Operations. Asker - Generate interview questions and integrated and automated notes from your interviews.
Attract.ai - Attract.ai employs AI Search Models to uncover hidden talent and streamline recruitment. gpt-vetting - AI-powered technical vetting tool. In under 25 minutes, it assesses both technical and soft skills, providing a trust score and generating a comprehensive report.
Holly - Automated sourcing. If this works like the demo shows, it will be a game-changer.
Hubert - A solution designed to streamline screening processes for high-volume scenarios. It achieves this by employing role-based interviews conducted in a chat format, leveraging advanced AI technology.
Humbird AI - Optimize your recruitment efforts for consistency and scalability by leveraging advanced AI capabilities. Automate your hiring process to proactively attract, engage, and convert high-quality talent.
Mantal - Manatal is an all-in-one recruiting software that incorporates AI-driven capabilities. It provides a user-friendly interface and a range of useful features to streamline recruitment processes.
Metaview - Automatic, AI-generated interview notes. ChatGPT-like experience in that you also can ask questions about the interview.
Paradox - AI conversational recruiting software, a solution that automates tasks that your take time for. This software expedites the candidate's journey, guiding them from initial contact to being hired.

I’ve been trying it several times, and it works pretty ok!
Fellow - Optimize your meeting notes with Fellow Meeting Assistant. It records, transcribes, and generates AI-powered summaries, key points, and action items. Shared transcriptions reduce the need for all attendees, allowing essential team members to participate while providing others with a quick recap afterward.
Krisp - Offers AI Noise Cancellation, Voice Cancellation, Echo Cancellation, and other features to individuals and businesses. It enhances clarity during online meetings, catering to the growing demand for improved communication in an increasingly remote work environment.
Sembly Team - Sembly Team empowers businesses to unlock the potential of AI in their meetings, converting them into actionable insights. With Sembly Team, teams can concentrate on propelling themselves forward while enhancing communication, efficiency, and productivity.
Superpowered - Note-taking in meetings with no bot joining or similar.
Well-being
Plumm - EMMA, the new AI assistant by Plumm, supports mental health and personal growth. Using generative AI, it employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and coaching methods to enhance self-awareness and overall well-being, leading to improved workplace performance.
Noworry - Noworry AI Psychologist offers a chat-based platform where anyone can share their problems and receive support.
