Big organizations often don’t lag on awareness , they lag on execution.

There’s usually buy in on the potential of AI, but structural inertia, compliance complexity, and multi layered decision making slow down adoption. Integrating AI isn’t just a tech shift it’s a mindset shift. That’s harder to push through in traditional orgs with rigid workflows and legacy systems.

Interestingly, we’ve seen smaller in house HR teams move faster. They’re closer to the problem, open to lean experimentation, and often have more control over tools they bring in.
